why will we keep promises to everyone else before ourselves?

  • We “know” that having an epic morning routine (even if it means 30 minutes less sleep) will make us kinder, happier, more productive, more clear headed - we “know” it all.

  • We know that meal prepping saves us time

  • We know that moving our bodies releases endorphins that make us all kinds of happy and the list goes on.

so whats our hangup?

We have the best of intentions right?

  • Our heart is in the right place. But all of a sudden its 6pm again, you’ve forgotten to eat (or maybe you scarfed down the 1/2 lone doughnut in the break room),

  • You rationalize that its too late to hit the gym and you’ve forgotten to pack clothes for that class,

  • You keep thinking that tomorrow will be the day that you start over, that you get it “right” and you promise to yourself yet again that tomorrow will be different.

  • This conversation is so familiar in your head, always thinking that tomorrow there will be more time. Until another month is gone and hey girl - we are over 1/2 way through the year.

Here’s the truth.

Mornings set the tone for our entire day.

When we have a plan that sets us up for success we feel better. And when we feel better all the areas of our life are impacted positively.

So why don’t we create a morning routine that bundles positive mindset, exercise, a girlgang who’s got your back (especially on those days you want to hit the snooze button), a coach to make sure this really becomes a habit for you, and most importantly a chance, each day to do this for you.

  • The workouts are quick and effective (20-30 minutes)

  • A perfect hard back journal/workbook/tracker that is absolutely gorgeous and will be your right hand woman on those quiet mornings as you set your day up for success. In here you will set your intention for the day, check off your workouts, and take a quick assessment of how the day went and what tweaks you would like to make for the next day.

  • A supportive group of women who are on the same journey as you are

  • A coach to help you truly make this a habit (trust me when I say to make this feel easy it has to become a habit).

  • 40 days of done for you nutrition including “prep ahead sheets” for the girl on the go, and grocery lists.

OMG I feel so good and so freaking proud of myself. I feel like the biggest change has been falling in love with the process and the daily habit.

My shoulders and arms look leaner and stronger and I’m noticing my legs look and feel a lot stronger too! I love all of this so much!

Creating a new ME, a STRONGER ME.

This Fit Club has helped me in all parts of my life—especially postpartum! It is so discouraging to see your body after delivery. You’re so swollen, exhausted, sore & you don’t see the YOU that you used to be. You can fall deep into that dark hole & keep piling on the negativity. But the fit club pulls me up INSTANTLY! The women are so uplifting—they crush their nutrition plans & workouts which restores hope, acceptance, & love towards myself & my body! It also sparks the WANT to take on the challenge of creating a new ME, a STRONGER ME.

I am currently en route to the new me! I’m drinking my superfoods ERR’DAY & working out 30 minutes a day! I’ve got a 15 month old & a 1 month old! I’m chasing them around, keeping up with my house, preparing mentally & physically to go back to work as a nurse & of course getting lean, tone & sexy for the hubs—forreal, the relationship with my husband is FIRE when I get into the workout & nutrition ZONE. All of this just by participating in the Fit Club! Obsessed & forever motivated by these empowering & encouraging women!

I feel stronger and way more confident.

I love seeing my progress pictures. In the left I was miserable (my face tells it all) I hated the way I felt about myself. Current picture on the right. I feel stronger and way more confident. I’m so excited to see where I am in a few months!
