Blueberry Overnight Oats
1/4c dry rolled oats
1/2c coconut milk
1tsp pure maple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
2tsp chia seeds
dash of cinnamon
handful of blueberries
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
1Tbsp pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle of walnuts
Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon to a mason jar.
Top with blueberries, banana, almonds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts.
Refridgerate overnight
